Our suite of package options provides fun, luxury & convenience.
Are you searching for a cozy and intimate birthday party setting for your child? Holiday Cafe offers the ideal venue for smaller gatherings and birthday parties, accommodating up to 10 children and their guardians. It’s a more relaxed environment, perfect for a low-key celebration. If you’re tired of the typical wild and loud kids’ gyms for parties, Holiday Cafe provides a delightful alternative.
Not sure which package is right for you? Select any package + date/time, pay the holding deposit to secure your date, and you can adjust your package in the future!

All Party Packages Include:
- Exclusive access to the entire cafe - including play area & cafe
- All set-up and clean-up (host family may arrive 10 minutes before party start time)
- Minimum of 1.5 hours: 60 minutes for play + 30 minutes for food/dessert
- Dedicated party host(s)
- Pizza from Fat Zach's pizza (4 boxes) OR Chick-Fil-A options + water and juice for the kids
- Minimal balloon decor
- Take home gift for the birthday child
Note:
We charge WA sales tax + a 3.5% service fee on all parties. Pricing and package details are subject to change.

Party Scheduling & Policies
Schedule:
- Daily: 5 PM - 7:30 PM
- * Extra party time can be added, subject to availability.
- Other days and times may be available. Please inquire via email: Ev****@Ho***********.com .
- How many guests can I have?
- You may have up to 10 children (approximately 36 guests total). Sorry, no exceptions. We would hate for you to have to un-invite guests, so please make sure this limit works for you before booking.
Policies:
- Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits for parties and/or private events are nonrefundable once booked. If you need to reschedule, the party must be hosted within 3 months from the original party date and cannot be canceled or rescheduled again. You must provide at least 7 days notice prior to the event day to reschedule, otherwise, you forfeit your deposit.
- Footwear Policy:
- All guests must wear socks inside the play area... adults AND children. Socks are available for purchase for $2/pair.
- We will have plastic shoe covers for those who do not want to take off their shoes.
- Make sure to inform your guests about our socks-on policy.
- Other Reminders:
Your Holiday Cafe Event Planners & Party Hosts work hard to make your event the best party ever! Tips are not expected, but if you found the host or Event Coordinator helpful, tips are greatly appreciated. 100% of any tips go directly to your party host. Private Sessions
Looking for something shorter?
We do that too! Learn more about our private play sessions.
For just $325, you can book the entire cafe for your little ones and their friends. No need to worry about waitlists – it’s all yours! You’ll have your own barista and play attendant and full access to our cafe bar & menu.
Whether you’re booking for a get-together with your circle of friends, a neighborhood block party, a classroom play session or a mini birthday party… enjoy the freedom to explore, play, and create memories in a space reserved just for you.
