We'd love to make your little one's celebration one you'll talk about for years (or at least til next year, when you book again)!

Are you searching for a cozy and intimate birthday party setting for your child? Holiday Cafe offers the ideal venue for smaller gatherings and birthday parties, accommodating up to 10 children and their guardians. It’s a more relaxed environment, perfect for a low-key celebration. If you’re tired of the typical wild and loud kids’ gyms for parties, Holiday Cafe provides a delightful alternative.

All that’s needed is to pay the holding deposit to secure your date and you can adjust your details as needed!

Party Packaging FAQs & Info

DAILY TIME SLOTS AVAILABLE (PENDING AVAILABILITY):

  • 4 PM – 5:30 PM*
  • 4:30 PM – 6 PM*
  • 5 PM – 6:30 PM*
  • 5:30 PM – 7 PM*
  • 6 PM – 7:30 PM*
  • 6:30 PM – 8 PM*

*Extra party time can be added, subject to availability. $50 extra for every 30 minutes added.

You may have up to 10 children (approximately 36 guests total). Sorry, no exceptions. We would hate for you to have to un-invite guests, so please make sure this limit works for you before booking.

We have designated vendors we love to work with, but if you’d like to bring in outside food, we require a signed contract to release our liability if a guest gets sick, and a $75 fee.

Our Cancellation Policy:

A $300 deposit for parties and/or private events is nonrefundable and is required to reserve your date and time. If you need to reschedule, the party must be hosted within 3 months of the original date and cannot be canceled and rescheduled again. You must provide at least 7 days’ notice prior to the event day to reschedule, otherwise, you forfeit your deposit.

Your Holiday Cafe Event Planners and Party Hosts work hard to make your event the best party ever! Tips are not expected, but if you found the host or event coordinator helpful, tips are greatly appreciated. 100% of any tips go directly to your party host.
