Holiday Cafe is a parent-supervised play space. Adults must supervise their children at all times. Our staff is not responsible for any child visiting the facility.

What is Open Play?
Open Play is a learning term that promotes children learning to be independent, creative, and curious.
- We cannot accept walk-ins for open play when we are booked to capacity.
- Play reservations are in 90 minute intervals
- Our play space is designed for children 1 - 6 years old only, so we cannot accommodate children older than 6 years old in our play area. Thanks for your understanding!

Price per child is $4
We are also happy to provide a $1 discount when purchasing admission for siblings. This discount will be applied when you check out at our cafe. - No shoes are allowed inside the play area section. Wearing socks is mandatory for adults and children. For children, we suggest "grippy socks". We have grippy socks available for purchase for $2 per pair, if you forget to bring some.
- A waiver must be signed by a guardian for all children in the play area. You can save time and fill it out online or onsite when you arrive.
- Our play area closes 30 minutes before closing for a thorough, deep clean.
- You forfeit your time slot if you are 30 minutes late or more.
- There are no refunds for Open Play. If you are sick, late or can no longer make your appointment time, you will not be refunded. Thank you for understanding!
- Please only book for one reservation at a time. Only Members can book more than one session. If you booked for more than one session, we have the right to cancel it without a refund.
What do I need to know before my Open Play session?
- Our space is designed with children ages 6 months - 6 years in mind. We offer free admission for children under 1 year of age.
- Due to limited capacity, we strongly advise booking ahead for open play, even if you have a membership. We cannot guarantee admission for walk-ins, which are subject to capacity and availability.
- We're likely to be at capacity on rainy and cold days. We recommend checking the forecast, planning ahead, and booking your playtime in advance.
What are the ground rules?
- Adults are required to supervise their child(ren) at all times. We are not a drop-off or daycare facility.
- Adults are responsible for their children's behavior. To ensure the safety of all guests, no roughhousing will be permitted.
- All guests, including adults, are required to sign our release waiver.
- All guests, including adults, must wear socks in the play area. Children's socks must be non-slip. If needed, socks can be purchased for $2 per pair.
- All members and open play guests are welcome to enjoy our cafe and lounge space. No food or drink is allowed in the play area.
- For the enjoyment of all guests, we do not allow birthday celebrations during open play hours and/or outside of our birthday party bookings. This includes cake, gifts, balloons, etc. While we'd love to celebrate with you, we hope you understand that these "extras" during open play take away from other guests' experiences in our small cafe.
Most of our toys are Greenguard certified and inspired by the Montessori and Waldorf philosophies. Your children will find unique open-ended toys that inspire their imagination.

For just $375, you can book the entire cafe for your little ones and their friends. No need to worry about reservations or waitlists – it’s all yours! You’ll have your own barista and full access to our cafe bar & menu.
