As we wrap up construction, we'd like to provide you with information to help you prepare for your visit. We are excited to have you, so as soon as reservations become available, we will post it on our website. Stay Tuned!
We put together some frequently asked questions to help you have the best experience possible.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Adults are required to supervise their child(ren) at all times. We are not a drop-off or daycare facility.
- Adults are responsible for their children’s behavior. To ensure the safety of all guests, no roughhousing will be permitted.
- All guests, including adults, are required to sign our release waiver.
- All guests, including adults, must wear socks in the play area. Children’s socks must be non-slip. If needed, socks can be purchased for $2 per pair.

- For the enjoyment of all guests, we do not allow birthday celebrations during open play hours and/or outside of our birthday party bookings. This includes cake, gifts, balloons, etc. While we’d love to celebrate with you, we hope you understand that these “extras” during open play take away from other guests’ experiences in our small cafe.
- Our space is designed with children ages 6 months – 6 years in mind. We offer free admission for children under 1 year of age.
- Due to limited capacity, we strongly advise booking ahead for open play, even if you have a membership. We cannot guarantee admission for walk-ins, which are subject to capacity and availability. (Online Booking Opening Up Soon!)
- We’re likely to be at capacity on rainy and cold days. We recommend checking the forecast, planning ahead, and booking your playtime in advance.
If you wouldn’t send your child to school or daycare, please be considerate of others and keep sick kids home. Any visibly ill children may be asked to leave to ensure that we have a safe environment for all.
Unfortunately, only children aged 6 and under are permitted during open play, for safety reasons.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please remember to double-check before you leave the cafe. You can inquire about lost items at the Lost & Found, but unclaimed items will be donated after one week.
Our cafe will be offering gourmet coffee, specialty beverages, toasts, salads, snacks, and more. We have so many delicious options, that we suspect once you taste what we have, you won’t look back! Our menu will be finalized soon.
All that said, we recognize kids can be picky. If you’re little one reallyyyy wants to bring their own cheddar bunnies or applesauce pouch, we say go for it.
Yes! You are welcome to drop in for a coffee or a bite if you’re not visiting for open play. When are menu is available, we will post it online so you can learn more about our food & drink offerings. For the safety and comfort of our youngest guests (and due to limited space), cafe items are available to-go for those visiting without littles. The bar seating surrounding our play area is reserved for guests visiting our play space, but there is general seating, as well.
Yes! Our party packages will be published soon. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Real Talk. We know children can be a little grimy, especially during “sniffles season.” The safety of our guests is our top priority and that begins with strict cleaning protocols. Once again (can’t come soon enough!) our play space and toys will be cleaned and sanitized by our staff throughout open play. We’ll also do a daily deep clean after play time, where we sanitize all surfaces and toys.
Our entire play area will be a “shoe-free” zone to keep the germs away from the crawlers’ hands. We also understand that sometimes toys can end up in little mouths, so we’ll place “Yuck Baskets” throughout the play area for toys that need immediate sanitizing. It’s important to us that your cleaning products are effective, but also safe to be used around children.
We use Force of Nature, “an EPA-registered sanitizer & medical-grade disinfectant that kills 99.9% of germs, mold and mildew, and is on the EPA’s approved list for COVID-19 (List N). It has no harmful chemicals, residues or fumes, and earns the highest possible rating from May Clinic’s Skin Safety Rating System. It’s a rinse-free disinfecting champ that kills respiratory viruses and the viruses that cause flus. It’s also the only cleaner & deodorizer you can buy with no added fragrances, dyes, preservatives or surfactants, no skin or respiratory allergens or irritants.”
