Founded by Nichole and Dalton Thacker, Holiday Cafe is a unique family-focused establishment in downtown Puyallup. It combines a cafe, play space, and custom cookie artistry born from her passion for baking and community-building.

Our Story

Nichole, a Puyallup native and self taught cookie artist, started Holiday Cafe as a home bakery. It has since grown into a full-fledged cafe, serving local businesses, schools, and theaters. Nichole and her husband, Dalton, are committed to making Holiday Cafe a cornerstone of the Puyallup community.

Our custom cookie service caters to various occasions, with options for edible printed cookies, basic and detailed custom decorated sets. We can accommodate different dietary needs and preferences.

Our Commitment to Quality

We partner with Mukilteo Coffee Roasters for ethically sourced coffee. Our baked goods, including custom cookies, are made with attention to detail. We offer gluten-free and vegan options from The Common Cookie.

I loved it here! The ambiance of this cafe is so comfy and welcoming. I love their message of celebrating something every day. Also they have a play area for the kiddos! Such a beautiful touch of love and the Lord. I loved seeing so many open bibles and devo dates! I'll be back to do my devos here again!!

Ok this place is AMAZING!!!! A must for people who have littles and love coffee. Or just love coffee! You can tell that the hard work and little details were really thought through. The coffee is so delicious & I love the cup choice. Rounded edges is so unique. The bathroom has a changing table with UV lights to kill germs and I love that you guys use Force of Nature to clean. My daughter loved her snack plate & the peanut butter acai bowl was so good! Thank you for creating this space, now please come to the harbor!!! We need something like this (:
