Whether you’re planning a birthday party, baby shower, family gathering, business meeting, or special event, we offer three flexible event packages designed to fit your needs and budget.
Choose from our Event Space Rental Package for a simple private venue, our DIY Celebration Package for families who want to add their own personal touch, or our All-Inclusive Signature Package where we handle the details so you can focus on making memories.

Party FAQs & Info
General FAQs:
The cafe operates for normal business hours daily from 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM. The earliest any event may start is 4:00 PM.
DAILY TIME SLOTS AVAILABLE (PENDING AVAILABILITY):
- 4:00 – 5:30 PM
- 4:30 – 6:00 PM
- 5:00 – 6:30 PM
*Extra party time can be added, subject to availability. $55 extra for every 30 minutes added.
You may have up to 10 children with a maximum of 36 guests total (the cafe’s maximum capacity per the city is 36). Sorry, no exceptions. We would hate for you to have to un-invite guests, so please make sure this limit works for you before booking.
We have designated vendors we love to work with, but if you’d like to bring in outside food, we require a signed contract to release our liability if a guest gets sick, and a $75 fee.
- You will be contacted by our Event Coordinator with more information and clarification questions.
- Once dates/prices are agreed upon, a $300 non-refundable party deposit will be invoiced to you to reserve your date.
- 1 month before your event (or once deposit is paid, if within one month), you will get a confirmation email of details and final pricing.
- 2 weeks before your event, your final invoice will be issued to you. INVOICES NOT PAID WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF THE EVENT WILL FORFEIT THEIR PARTY!
DIY Birthday/Event Space Rental FAQs:
Our event space is reserved in 3-hour increments, which include time for both setup and teardown. Additional time may be added, subject to availability, for
$50 per additional 30 minutes.
Yes. For business meetings, workshops, and smaller gatherings, the space may be rented at a rate of $100 per hour.
Yes. Outside food is permitted with payment of a $75 outside food fee.
Our Cancellation Policy:
The $200-$300 deposit for parties and/or private events are nonrefundable and is required to reserve your date and time. If you need to reschedule, the party must be hosted within 3 months of the original date and cannot be canceled and rescheduled again. You must provide at least 7 days notice prior to the event day to reschedule; otherwise, you forfeit your deposit.
Footwear Policy:
Footwear Policy:
- All guests must wear socks inside the play area — adults AND children. Socks are available for purchase for $2 per pair.
- We will have plastic shoe covers for those who do not want to take off their shoes.
- Make sure to inform your guests about our socks-on policy.
Other Reminders:
Your Holiday Cafe Event Planners and Party Hosts work hard to make your event the best party ever! Tips are not expected, but if you found the host or event coordinator helpful, tips are greatly appreciated (Cash preferred). 100% of any tips go directly to your party host.
